Growing up poor was never fun. Why would it be? Dinner some nights would be instant rice and a 25 cent can of gravy. That triggered something in me and I began learning how to cook. Watching PBS shows with chefs like Julia, Lidia and Jacques were inspiring. A lot of trial and error has been tasted to get to here. This is my extension of that. Enjoy!
